Questions

What happens when the time comes?

Your designated contact gets in touch with us. We send them a prepaid shipping label, confirm the date, and carry out your wishes exactly as you recorded them.

Can I change my mind later?

Yes. Contact us any time to switch between a scattering and a reef ball, update your wishes, or change your designated contact.

Can I get a refund?

You are eligible for a 90% return at any time. Your loved ones are not.

Is my price really locked?

Yes. You pay today's price in full and nothing more is owed later, no matter how much time passes.

Why don't you charge for shipping?

It doesn't feel right. We want to make this easy and affordable for people and we figured you're going through enough and don't need a hidden fee, too.
