What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, the name of your loved one, your designated contact’s details (for preorders), and any notes you share with us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to carry out your order, send your shipping label, confirm dates, deliver any video, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment), our shipping carrier (label and tracking), and, for preorders, the designated contact you name. Nothing else.

Understanding how the site is used

We look at how people use this site so we can make it clearer and gentler at a hard time. It tells us which pages get read, which questions get opened, and where the site leaves people stuck, which is how we know what to fix.

This uses cookies, and it includes a recording of how the pages themselves are used. Anything you type into a form is hidden from those recordings.Your name, email, phone number, your loved one’s name and your notes never appear in them. None of it is ever sold, and none of it is used for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to complete your order and meet our legal and tax obligations. Preorder details are kept until the order is fulfilled or refunded.
