Our services

Scattering at Sea ($250): scattering of cremated remains in the Gulf of Mexico, at least three nautical miles from shore, with written confirmation of date, time, and coordinates.

Memorial Reef Ball ($1,400): remains cast into a marine-safe reef ball and placed on a permitted reef site, with a location marker.

Optional video or live video conference is $50. Prices include shipping. Attendance in person is arranged separately and priced on request.

Ordering and payment

Payment is due in full at checkout through Stripe. After payment we email a prepaid shipping label. Your order is scheduled once we receive the remains.

Shipping

You are responsible for packing the remains securely using our instructions. We recommend the carrier’s tracked cremated-remains service. We are not liable for loss or delay in transit.

Scheduling

Dates depend on weather and sea conditions. We confirm each date with you and will reschedule when conditions are unsafe. Reef ball orders typically take four to six weeks after we receive the remains.

Refunds

Preorders: 90% refund at any time, for any reason, by the purchaser only.

Standard orders: full refund before the remains are shipped to us; 90% refund after receipt and before the service is performed. No refund once the service has been carried out.

Your responsibility

You confirm that you have legal authority to direct the disposition of the remains. We may ask for a copy of the cremation certificate.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to you.
